Quotes:

Eating too late makes your stomach work while you're sleeping.

You must eat properly throughout the day. Do not skip meals.  You're not going to lose weight better or manage your weight better that way.

You want to make sure that what you take and what you consume daily is high quality.

The best plan is to try your best to eat consistently throughout your day and eat enough - be well-fed. It is not worth it for you in the long run to starve yourself, then eat normally, starve yourself, overeat, starve yourself. That's really hard on your body and it's a stressor that is controllable and you already probably got enough stress going on.
