Quotes:

Regardless of a new virus or whatnot, we are always going to have the same immune system. We understand our immune system and we know how it fights things.

Something that a lot of people forget is that even if a placebo situation has an effect, it still works.

Only 10% of the population gets the common flu bug that's going around in each season, which seems really low. But if you know somebody who's part of that 10%, you have a higher risk of getting it as well.

Your body can fight everything, and it will - if you support it.

Preventative health care is so much more important and effective than downstream health care.

We're like superheroes when it comes to ignoring pain and discomfort, unfortunately. It is kind of a superpower, but with that said, we need to be at rest more.

Go back to the roots of time where we knew that taking care of yourself and drinking herbal teas and having nice brothy chicken soup for the soul.

This is a great time for you to practice mindfulness and presence, like being present with your body.

Illness is forced space for yourself.
