When you deduce it down to what is your true movement reason, it can help you figure out how to become resilient with supporting that goal, no matter what life throws at you.

There are so many times when people have an all-or-nothing mindset about their fitness. They get derailed and then they give up for a really long time, and they might backtrack themselves for years.

We always start with the aesthetics, but then we realize that functionally, being stronger and fitter has so many benefits, especially for females.

When it comes to fitness, you definitely need to figure out what is your foundation to keep your fitness at least baseline existing.

If you are somebody who has a goal for lifetime strength, you need to release that pressure you're putting on yourself to be perfect every single week.

It is really important that you learn how to challenge your own strength and find out what you're made of.

Life is not linear at all and therefore, we need to get in the headspace where it's okay to be nonlinear with your fitness.
