Quotes:

Hangovers happen to everybody. It's the human body's reaction to consuming poison aka alcohol.

When you are consuming excess amounts of alcohol aka more than one drink make sure that you follow up or space it out or start the day with a very specific higher concentration balanced electrolyte supplement that includes sodium, potassium, magnesium, and sometimes chloride and calcium.

Your body is going to spike blood sugar no matter what, but you can manage it better through well-rounded meals that have no less than 20 grams of protein, 10 to 20 grams of good-quality fats, and 20 to 45 grams of good-quality carbs.

It's important to know that alcohol absolutely can impact your mood in a way that is non-ideal.

If I know I'm going to drink in the afternoon or evening, I always have an electrolyte-balanced beverage.

Sticking away from dark booze is probably one of the best pro tips if you're going to drink.

Be that person that is all up in the mid-shelf and top-shelf liquors. Don't go to that bottom shelf. I know it's cheaper but don't go utility on your liquor anymore. Be picky.

If possible, don't. take painkillers for your hangovers. I know that it's sort of seemingly easier but it's worse on your body and it's way harder on your organs.
