Fave Show Quotes:

It's a miserable time guys. It's, it's like you're dying. It essentially is like you're dying, in a way.

It blows my mind that so many people will balk at the cost of a natural functional medicine testing but they will jump at the chance to buy a multiple-thousand dollar program with a shot that they have to administer themselves and then feel like crap.

You might not physically look the way your mind might want you to look for a multitude of reasons, but most of the time you might actually be perfectly healthy and be in the right weight zone for longevity and ultimately long-term happiness and flexibility in life.

Do you find yourself measuring yourself against something that is not natural for you?

You have to learn what works for you. You have to be OK with what you want to do, and you have to stop letting other people's opinions or thoughts or anecdotal experiences influence you, because if your body isn't doing that, it's not working for you the same way.

You're not defined by your past unless you let it define you.

This also translates into: I'm depressed, I'm not eating, but everybody is complimenting me on my physique now. Therefore, this is a good thing. And this is where a lot of eating disorders can breed.

Anything you believe right now becomes a belief for you at some point in your life for whatever reason.. That means at any point you have the opportunity to change that belief.

Unless you know what is going on, you can just try to diet the crap out of yourself and exercise to the moon, literally, and your body won't respond because your hormones are out of balance.
